The Retrouvaille Couples Retreat Program will start on October 4-6, 2024, is a Christian-based initiative for married couples experiencing challenges. Originally Catholic, the program is open to couples of all faith backgrounds or no religious affiliation. It focuses on practical tools to help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their marriage. Facilitated by couples who share their personal stories of overcoming marital struggles, this program offers guidance and hope to those seeking to restore their relationships.

The Armor of God Radio Network will kick off a three-day fundraiser and membership drive at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17. The fundraiser and membership drive will run 8 to 11 a.m. and from 3 to 6 p.m. each of the three days. During those periods each day, the station’s regular programming will be “interrupted” with stories from friends and neighbors, highlighting the impact of guardian angels.
The live broadcast will air from longtime business sponsor Operation Phantom Support in downtown Killeen. “We are going to enjoy some of these stories,” said the station’s executive director, Tom McNew. “They are going to be joyful, borderline miraculous, and inspirational. I am anticipating a whole lot of laughter, some amazement, and some tears of joy as we share these stories.”
The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA) Classes Begin Today!
The OCIA, formerly known as RCIA, starts today at 6:30 PM with classes available in both English (classroom 206) and Spanish (classroom 207). This program is ideal for those preparing to receive the sacraments of Baptism, Holy Communion, and Confirmation. It is also open to adult Catholics who want to deepen their understanding of the faith.
