No dispensation has been granted for the Fourth Sunday of Advent, which falls on Dec. 24 this year. Morning Masses of Dec. 24 are for the Fourth Sunday of Advent while evening Masses are for Christmas Eve. All Catholics are obligated to attend one Mass for the Fourth Sunday of Advent and another on either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
The Pastoral Council, consisting of nine to twelve members, represents the parish community acting as liaison to the Pastor. Members stay current with affairs concerning the parish and give insight for planning and implementing policies and parish activities. On January 6 & 7, we will elect FOUR new members.
