Last fall we began a new catechesis program known as The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) for our five year old kindergarteners. CGS is a Montessori (hands-on) approach to sharing the Catholic faith with children. It nurtures the personal relationship between Jesus, Our Good Shepherd, and the child through encounters with salvation history, Sacred Scripture, and the Liturgy. This year we would like to open CGS for our three-year-olds on Friday mornings from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. We will begin Friday, September 18. If this program sounds like something that would be a blessing for your little one, please contact the parish office to register. Space is limited to 10 children, with priority given to those parents/guardians who can help us with a minimal contribution of their time.
