St. Patrick's Day Dispensation

Bishop Vásquez has granted the Diocese of Austin a dispensation from the obligation to abstain from meat on Friday, March 17, in honor of St. Patrick's Feast Day. He asks that if you take the dispensation, to perform an act of charity or penance on another day.
