During the Gather, the teens decorate skulls in a way that represents their deceased loved one. The Proclaim exposes occult practices that occur on Halloween and El Día de los Muertos and encourages the teens to embrace the traditions, celebrations, and prayers of All Saints and All Souls Day. The Break is a small group discussion on past and future celebrations of this season. The Send provides the teens with an opportunity to intercede for their deceased loved ones by writing their names in The Book of the Names of the Dead and placing their loved ones framed picture and skulls they decorated on the Altar de Muertos or Altar for the Dead.
