June 27, 2024Notice: Scam Phishing Emails and Phone Messages Alert!
We have received reports from parishioners about a scam involving phishing emails and text messages that appear to be from Fr. Sang and CTK Staff requesting gift cards and financial assistance.
Important Points:
1. Verify the Sender: Any legitimate email from Fr. Sang or Christ the King Church will always come from an address ending in @ctkbelton.org.
2. Fr. Sang and CTK Staff will never request gift cards or any financial assistance from our parishioners.
3. Do Not Respond: If you receive an email or text that looks suspicious, do not respond or provide any personal information.
4. Delete Suspicious Emails: Any email not from the official @ctkbelton.org domain should be deleted immediately.
